We noticed the dancing ships too. The good news was that the Flag ships are now fixed, and so is buying "stuff". A bug we found tonight (and yes it was reported) was we would end up swimming if we tried to TP to someone in the fort on Port Royal. Lots of district resets too! Gotta love test!
