go to the back edge of the bar. (to the left, with the end open and not up against a wall.)
keep jumping, but make sure you're at the edge and right up against the wall. angle your jump towards the wall.
it will look like you're going through the wall, but then you'll start moving into the bar as you ump a few more times.
time it right, and when you're sort of in the wall and behind the bar, stop jumping! then ust run forwards.
