This happened to us last night. We were sailing around, and we kept seeing someone else saying the "Hey! Over here!" taunt phrase. The person wasn't on the ship with us, and there were no other ships in sight.

yea i got that yesterday while out sailing.
there were ships in sight but only just a little to far to talk to
