Since there Game Itself ha no Key Mapping or Key Changes - the ONLY way is to do it is through Windows...
This leaves you 2 options:
A) Buy a programmable Keyboard, where you can change information.
B) I'll provide this information - note the following: 1) I have not tested or used any of this 2) It makes changes to major Windows components 3) You could totally crash the comp and not recover it 4) I am not responsible for any issues - period -

Sites below provide information on how to do Keyboard Changes - the bet method is to change the Registry BUT they may / do provide mini-tools which MAY help... can't say as they do.
