I have a war sloop which I just purchased and it is alright. I like the frigate the best because of the front guns, also the captian has his own two cannons to shoot which are close by. I can sail up the back end of the ships and with a good crew get alot of loot. lol
The war sloop I think I should have saved my money but it is fast and does not get hit to much.
