On my 2nd Pirate - I was at Tormenta sooner than the first - but not by much. I went there for the Brine around L28-29 and went from there (my first was L33-34 and right for the Molusks). Some go for the Flotasm's earlier - but I find the Gyps at Padres Beach running at L26-28 are better for Leveling almost anything in the Mid to Late 20s than Tormenta (that - and the Gun Shop / Dagger Shop right at the beach saves a lot of time in TP'ing - and - anything 5-6 Levels higher than you all you, you only get the -1 Hits is a waste of time at L28 to be attacking L36 Seabeards, unless you like dying quickly of course
