I have done several searches, but apparently have not found the right Key word to find my answer
so although it may be here somewhere, I sure can't find it!
What I would like to know is what the blue bar on the enemy ships measures.
I know that the pirates blue bar is for voodoo, do the ships have voodoo???
Often the blue bar recedes before the other one, so I am just curious.
