It will be interesting to see if they do anything special for Halloween. For the last 3 or 4 years, they have added the ability to make a black cat on Toontown on Halloween. It's the only day of the year that you can make a black cat and is a really popular event. Hopefully they will come up with something creative for POTCO - hopefully.
