I have heard that giftcards are available at Target Department stores, but someone said it was only some locations.
I know that you should be able to use any regular "Visa" gift card (I did). I bought it at the local 7/11 convenience store
Used my own address for account/billing info. Name on card: "A GIFT FOR YOU" (it WAS the name on the card!), even got my crew kit accordingly, all of the above.
