OK this is probably going to date myself...
The grammar is horrible. You are not sending text messages and not everybody will use the same abbreviations that you are (or make the same logical steps). You are not restricted by a number of characters or the time it takes to enter the message.
Use the text editor of your choice to seriously write out your guide and fix your facts (e.g. basic members do not get the staff). Then read it backwards one sentence at a time. If that sentence does not make sense, it probably needs to be rewritten.
I'm not the world's greatest writer and I have made some questionable posts. But I also don't put my work out there with the goal to have everybody read it.
And I'm sure by now I have to yell at you about being on my lawn...
