As I didn't add this random person to my crew, I was confused. I immediately checked to make sure I wasn't looking for crew members or something like that (and I wasn't). I kicked him from the crew, and asked him to leave. He didn't leave, but did stop shooting random stuff. Once we finally got back to Kingshead (like 20 mins later) this little pirate teleported away. Poor little guy... He joined the boat AFTER we filled the holds. He got nothing for the 20 mins of waiting for me to dock... heh.
