I go the route of taking all three of his quests at once, completing them, then waiting 20 minutes for Pirates to disconnect me for some odd reason (trying to board a ship...porting...tp to crew/guild/friend....or sometimes, i believe, jus to test my dedication). Then when I get back online, the quests are back..YAY
