Bart Blueginty Jr - Silver Freeze
Playing on my other Bart (level 36) and decided to pop along to Foulberto, 2nd loot pouch dropped I got Silver Freeze and the next pouch that dropped I got silver freeze again, here is the evidence that I got it twice, forgot to take screen shot on the first one
