You might notice that the page your browser opens is local. This might have something to do with the HTTP post spinning out of control.
So what I do is copy the installer and game log info to a text file, then I open a new browser window and go to the disney page directly (
http://apps.pirates.go.com/pirates/v.../feedback.html) then I make sure to include the two text files as attachments.
