Welcome back to the game! I'm pretty sure pirates get deleted after 90 days if they're basic. Not sure about UA, but I'm guessing it's a longer time or pirates never get deleted. Were you UA or basic?
I remember my friend had this problem on Pixie Hollow, and as she wasn't a paying member Disney couldn't do anything for her. I think you'll have to start again. :s
