Its the server that is in need of maintenance. Special Events scheduled for that day to appear tend to make the ships slow down even more. And the stuff you describe is typical of a server in need of serious maintenance. No telling how soon POTCO will fix it. Best to report to them in their feedback at the official web site or give them a call. Live Chat has been removed.
