Does anyone know how to activate some of these minor quests? They're not available for low-to-medium level adventurers. They're not available to high-level adventurers. Even in the low-level area - Port Royal - there are minor quests that never seem available.
Am I missing something?
The trainers seem to be the worst culprits. I've never got a quest from any of them. Do I have to buy training first or something?
