We have figured out what we're going to have to do to fix it, but it's still gonna take a while (it shouldn't take long, so I'll be back in a day or so).
We will have to go onto the computer and wipe it clean; everything on it will be gone (of course I don't save any of my screenshots on the computer, anymore
).
Of course, then we have to download EVERYTHING back onto the computer.

Having a little trouble getting stuff downloaded back. If we can't get it to work, we're gonna have to send the computer off to get it worked on (meaning it would be a few weeks).
