Happy Birthday to PNC's Delirious Officer, Deadpool!

Dead is what we all like to consider one of the most prime examples of a mix between loyalty, friendship, and fun. I remember looking up to Dead when I first joined Partners In Crime as perhaps one of the funniest and yet sincere pirates that I've ever encountered; his quick humor, considerable courtesy towards others, and memorable hijinks and jokes at all times of the day not only made him good friends with all of the guild's members, but his name became synonymous in the Caribbean as one of the wittiest pirates that a guild could have (despite the fact the mate still can't manage to head near the water without a blindfold and some rubber duckies by his side... but we make due.)

Recently Dead has been dealing a lot with real life which has unfortunately prevented him from spending time with his guild, but we are all glad to see that recently Dead has been making a rather humble yet glorious return to the regular activity of our guild. Even three years after the fact, I still smile to myself every time I see Dead come online, and a generation of pirates much different from the original PIC still treats him as though they are their comedic, water-challenged idol - because he always has been, and always will be.

Dead, as funny of a person you are, I want to make sure that feel extra special not only today, but for a long time. With the anniversary coming up in a month from today, I want to make sure we honor the legacy of the guild by honoring one of our most important members of all time - so, for the first time ever, I officially crown you, Deadpool, as our first ever Partner of the Month. This month is yours to enjoy at the top of your own little thrown next to the helm of the Victory Shark - and yes, comic books will be supplied as asked, your majesty.

Thank your for all you've done, Dead. Thank you for staying forever loyal, for bringing just a little more joy in to our lives every day, and most of all, for being who you are. Enjoy your day, and your time in the spotlight - you've earned it.
