I just updated the list of requirements and officers. They are for the most part the same, with just a bit of cleaning up and making things clearer. I'll try to update this on a monthly basis, assuming there is material to change. I won't always bump it unless there is something notably important.
I also have removed the Hall of Fame rank. It was too hard to keep up with. Inactive officers will still be "demoted" to veteran, and inactive veterans will from now on remain the same rank.
