Mine did that one night last week and it is very frustrasting. After several attempts of trying everything from unplugging modem, computer, etc. I finally gave up and sent a bug report to Disney and of course I haven't heard back from them. The next day at noon I decided to check and see if I was still "logged on" and lo and behold I wasn't. Just be patient it will reset itself but if I were you I would still send a bug report to Disney. It might not do any good but maybe if they get enough of those they will finally listen. Good luck.
