In Mushroom Kingdom. Which has been invaded by the Heartless. And they took (big surprise here) Princess Peach.
Personally all that I want to see in the future of KH is a port of the two first games for both the Wii and (long shot here) Xbox 360.
I got the Mario stuff from Electronic Gaming Monthly, or EGM, a vidoe gaming magazine. I think it was the March or April edition.

I suppose anything could be true. However, if that is so, it'll probably be a short parody of KH for Japan only.
And if KH3 is Nintendo (which I doubt, because Square-Enix barely matches with Nintendo), then what happened to the Keyblade War?
