1. this is a personal sig that contains Pirates Online Forums within it and meets the size guidelines of the forum
2. Disney isn't involved in the contest since we are an independent forum. Any creation of a new image creates a new copyright and does not impact previously held copyrights UNLESS the image is a direct copy of something Disney or anyone else has created. If there is anything individual, then copyright is not an issue.
