There are plenty of guilds on POF that fit the criteria you are looking for. However, instead of standing here and letting all of these guilds come and plead to you, half of which will only try to convince you they're "the guild for you," you should go on a hunt through all the guilds that POF has to offer to see what they can come up with for you.
POTCO Guilds and Clans - Home to dozens of unique guilds in the Caribbean, whether just blooming or having resided here for many years!
Black Bart's Krewe - A very notorious and long-standing guild, definitely a guild for any pirate looking for a good home filled with adventure, warmheartedness, and fun!
Partners N Crime - My own guild, we're dedicated to serving as a "home away from home" for all pirates, and are always open to making new long-time friends.
Shadow Sorcerors - Headed by Davy Fireskull, it's a very welcoming guild dedicated to pirates bonding together to enjoy the Caribbean as a whole.
Of course, don't take my word for it. Go looking through as many threads and subforums as possible, and look at all the rules and specifically "What this guild has to offer" to really get a wider sense of which guild you may like. When you think you've decided on which one to go to, simply Private Message the Guildmaster of that guild, and they'll be with you shortly.
