This is your guide to
Jumping!
I will be going over some main ideas behind "#WINNING" as Charlie Sheen would say.
Weapons

First things first: Your sword. The most preferable weapon has critical strike, making weapons like Nautilus or the Masterwork family VERY important. The name Thunderspine may be thrown around a lot in PvP, but it is quite possible to beat anyone with Thunderspine through good strategy. (
Find this under "Strategies")
Note: *Cutlass is a standard in jumping.*

Second: Your dagger. Although weapon skill damage boosts might be important, as important are weapon exclusive passive skills. Like how critical strike is a necessity, less so would be pain immunity. It might be hard to come by, but scoundral's dagger is REALLY good when starting off a round.
Note: *Other weapons are necessary if you come across a person who refuses to play fairly by the rules because either A. You are doing extremely well (Hopefully that skill has been induced by this guide
) or B. The rules were unclear.
Strategies

The most key strategy is starting with dagger. (
*See bottom for throwing knives skill point setup.*) The most important dagger would be adder, because of the amazing poisoning ability. If the person has a cutlass from the Assassin's family, then the second dagger to use is your own personal lifeguard. Sidewinder: second most important. Although most seem to be using vipers nest, vipers nest is better last, or in the middle of the fight. It can be that little helper that gets that extra 300 damage on your enemy.

Now that you've probably used dagger, its time for your best friend: sword. It may not be as good as outside of PvP, it is very important. Now with the sword, you got 2 choices, unless you have Black Shark Blade, which combines the 2.
1. Use a sword with rolling attack. Although you don't have that extra push from a critical hitting sword, you have the advantage of range. I like to combine a any cutlass from the Seven Sea's family with Scoundrel's knives, keeping you quick when you are using the knives and ranged when you are sword fighting.
2. Use a sword with critical strike. If you are just starting, this is a MUST, as in MUST MUST MUST. The extra push is lethal when you get the upper hand. (
IMPORTANT Note: *Weapon damage is NOT the key to winning. Stun and Pain effects ARE.* Other Note: *When the enemy is stunned always stay with cutlass. NEVER EVER EVER SWITCH TO DAGGER UNLESS THEY ARE IN THE LOWEST POSSIBLE RED ZONE) Nuff sed

.
3. You were extremely lucky last time you spent 12 hours at Tormenta looting and you got Black Shark Blade, Or you went to DarkHart and first skull was a Tiger Shark Blade. Either way, these weapons combine the two skills, so just go back up and use the two combined.
(
Random Opinion: *I like to PvP with iTunes on, some may like the game OST [Original Soundtrack]*)
(4. A lvl 1-10 invited you to a mayhem, so you just go CRAZY with dagger, unless you like sword better. [It is not weird to like winning])
