Love this guild already but hate that i lossed my veteran rank on the other one.

I think we asked all new members who wanted to to please join our web site and here. We love to see our members participate and we do want our own place here, of course. Its not a demand by any means.

When you join a guild, first and foremost, it should be for the right reasons....our rules are discussed with each recruit ...and not asking for a rank right after joining is one of them. Each recruit has to accept those rules before entering. Ranks are a promotion...people coming into a new home need time to settle in and find out whats truly expected before being able to recruit..

..as many recruit friends or even strangers, then leave the guild to return to theirs with no responsibility for the ones they recruited.

When I promote a new recruit soon after they join, it is because they either have a officer in our guild, are a top officer in a guild I respect...or or a personal friend.

We have a large guild...we have adequate officers and veterans at this time, but promote often the ones who have stayed the course and showed true loyalty to our clan.
