BOSS BATTLE
Baron Bloodskull's return has been a mighty one - the powers enabled by his return from the afterlife have allowed him to use voodoo in the ways many politicians desire so - he has gained the ability to manipulate the minds of the public, the pirates, and even the Governors themselves! In just a matter of days, while you all have fought with all your effort to beat him to the punch, he has become the puppet master of the Caribbean, pulling and swaying the strings each way, watching the innocent people of the Caribbean dance under his grasp.
Bloodskull's powers have outreached to all the major islands of the Caribbean; Port Royal, Tortuga, Kingshead, Padres, even the wild islands have fallen to him! All but Cuba, protected by the majestic powers of the priestess Tia Dalma, are his pillars of control - and from here, you will make your stand against injustice.
Under the guidance of Tia Dalma, you, Delmaria, Lawrence, and your fellow pirates must rebel against Baron Bloodskull, in a series of battles to free the blindly imprisoned people of the Caribbean. When the Boss Battle begins, pirates will be fairly divided in to two teams, one representing the
Libertist Crew of Delmaria Darkskull, and the other representing the
Legion of Baron Bloodskull. The Legion will then spread it's crew mates out to "defend" the islands, while the Pirates will designate which player will go where to fight for that island.
RULES FOR CREW PLACEMENT:
- There are three islands that will be fought over for - Port Royal, Tortuga, and Padres Del Fuego. There will also be a sea battle, represented by SvS.
- You can designate as many players to one island/area as possible - HOWEVER, once you have been set to an island, THAT'S IT! You can't shift between islands. So, be sure to place your crew wisely!
- Each area represents a specific benefit that will be attributed to the pirates who successfully claim that island. So, say Port Royal's benefit is Firearms. During the Boss Battle, the team that won over Port Royal gets to use blunderbusses during the Boss Battle.
The Battle details for each island will remain hidden, until the Boss Battle.
After the battles have transpired, it will be time to lead your assault against Bloodskull himself! Where and how is still a mystery - but all I can say is, be prepared!
