disney is a huge compnay, but the departments are totally seperate and have nothing to do with one another. just because the email goes to disney doesnt mean disney in running the show. they have a whole team of developers that are sub contracted through disney or hired specifically for this game and this game only. i wouldnt expect there to be a lot of time in beteewn emails as has been reported. sony is a huge company but wheni was playing their mmo i would get an email responce within hours if not sooner, or sometimes a gm would come into game and fix the problem within minutes, if it was an ingame issue.
it shouldnt take that long to hear back from the devs, game customer service or a gm. if it is, there is a problem and it is not with disney. as much as i dislike disney, this problem is not thiers.
about the loosing founder status, i dont think that you would. your information is stored in their servers. i dont think they even care enough to change it.
