HECK YEAH! The damage tables made a lot more sense back then, the quests had a point, the graphics were a thousand times better, the system requirements were nil, the lag was sub-second (as opposed to 30 second freezes now.)
I would LOVE to romp around on the original version, again. No directx overhead, no compass distortion, no weapon intentional misfires, no broadside MIS-aiming, no skating through the boss battle in 3 min, NO MINIGAMES.
Sounds like heaven.
