I chose Tali in ME2, for she had the most believable story. Sent on a pilgrimmage, finds Shepard, serves Shepard, leaves Shepard, thinks about Shepard, re-joins Shepard's crew, Shepard saves her from exile (if that's what you picked), and poof.. automatic romance.
And shooting Ash out the airlock? HA! She would shoot up half the Normany and leave a parting gift, a bomb, in Shepard's quarters.

In my playthrough she resigned from Cerberus so she's on my side now. I didn't choose Tali cause we can't see her face. How do expect me to romance someone if I can't see their face? Also Jack and Grunt will make sure Ash gets shot out the airlock.
