Ahhh... thats sweet, but I helping ya'll out by not being there. Its a proven fact that to much "Soy" is bad for your heart. The American Heart Association states that "Healthy American adults should eat less than 2,300 milligrams of sodium a day." to prevent heart desease

. In at least, one tbsp of Soy Sauce is 1005mg.. Thats why I try to limit it to the weekends... I miss ya'll
