For officers and veterans. Probably having more vets than officers would make sense. It all depends on how you run things. For my guild, you are made veteran after you have been in the guild a certain amount of time. You could also make it so they have to prove themselves. Or you can make it so you will have 1 veteran for every X amount of members. It honestly depends on how you run things. For officers, it should be less. Idk, for your guild, I would say maybe around 40-50.. but thats a rough guess. I honestly don't know. The officers should be very trustworthy members that have earned it.
It really is your choice completely.
For number 2:
Yes, you should. Perhaps for your guild, I would go through cleanups every so often to get rid of inactive members to make room for new ones. How many you get rid of is up to you.
Number three. I don't exactly understand what you are asking. If it is how to get a subforum, I believe Batleth posted something in the Guilds and Clans section about that.
