I could see the Ravens Cove island and quest coming out before or near the end of the month. But it'd take a while to fix the amount of bugs they'll probably have, maybe a month and a half. It may sound shocking, but it took them... what, six months to fix the pearl boss battle? I had to wait about six months before it came out again, and I lost about twelve times before I finished it and got the leadership skill.
Once fishing hits open, I hope they take their time with Ravens Cove, because I don't want to go through that mess again on open.
