New skill ideas for weapons

Ever since the weapons cap level went higher I've been thinking, we need more skills! Just for the heck of it, you know? So here's some skills I think would be neat to have in the game.

Voodoo Doll:
Energy Drain- This would become available at level 25, and would drain your enemies energy for some time, such as five, ten, fifteen, etc... seconds. This would decrease the amount of attacks they can do, and you're skills would recharge faster for a short amount of time. It would appear as the poke or swarm skill button, only as green.

Wrath- This would be a quest skill at level 30.(Because we need more quests!) You'd go through some complicated quest, and this skill would turn an enemy into a burnt skeleton. It would drain some of their energy, voodoo, and would give you some health. It'd be a cool skill, IMO, only it'd take a huge amount of time to recharge, as it's only for when you're in tough situations.

Grabbing Ground- Level 27 skill. It's similar to Grave Shackles, only skeleton hands come out of the ground to grab the enemy. Only along with keeping the enemy still for a short amount of time, they'd be delt some damage, too. It'd just be like combining poke and grave shackles, only the damage is a bit greater.

Cutlass: Cut Down- Available at level 26, it would be an attack similar to Blade Storm, only you attack the enemy in the legs and the arms, with a final stab in the body. It would also leave the enemy emobile for about 3 seconds.

Cannon: Skull Shot(something like this was shown in an early POTCO video, this is only partly my idea) A green skull, on fire, as a shot. That's it. It's just supposed to look cool, and do a lot of damage, while also cursing a ship so that it deals more damage, and broadsides miss more.

That's it.
