Yes you can because I used to be unlimited and I'm from UK also, you can either pay for a week, month or a year, go to upgrade account and stick in your card account details.
Just give the essential info, name and address, don't worry about filling in the state, its your account number that disney wants.
They want your bounty.... erm I mean money.
As for game cards, I don't know, probably yes.
Alternatively you could phone disney up, doesn't take long.
