If you can't read it, its stats are:

And, seeing as its requirement is the highest, this makes the Doll of Sacred Rituals the most power Lost Relic, doll for the time being, surpassing my beloved Revenant Doll. *cries* |
I was lucky enough to pick this doll up at Neban the Silent as I posted on one of the threads in POTCO Plunder, Sutler, and Gear!.
If you look on there, I also found another Famed Doll at Neban the Silent for your list.
