Well, bugger me sideways with smelly socks on!
3rd time in 3 weeks we have the 'We are sorry to say' sign up on the game! This really is turning into something of a joke around our house.
Disney, if you ever read this forum, Get You Act Together, this level of service falls below even the most usless of SLA's and to be frank it is getting to the point where at least 4 paying accounts I know of are thinking of walking away until you can get things sorted out, if you can.
