PotCO has a great sailing interface, but it can be WAY better.

Make no more crew glitch - if you switch servers you leave the crew.
Anyone who teleports to your ship is automatically in your crew.
Instead of crew/guild invites being rejected because that person is already in one, it should ask if you want to replace your current crew.
Crews need to have names that you display under your guild name. The naming system should be the same as ships, so crews can be called what the ship is.
There needs to be more advantages for the War Frigate. Sure, more cannons, but how often do you need all those cannons? I want to see more broadsides, speed, and cargo space.

Most of all, there needs to be an EJECT CREW MEMBER button where we can send a stowaway back to wherever our ship launched.
