Very good ideas, But now I have one more idea...
1. Dual weapon and french weapons that are given by doing French Vs Spanish quests.
Of course there is a big need for more islands, so maybe a more wide variety or Spanish and French enemies, and have a boss on new Islands that look similar to Spain and France.
They could take up the old Capitan's and Captaine's and put different enemies in their place so that they could widen the level range for the French and Spanish enemies.
Of course the French and Spanish leaders would give you access to start training these skills with a weaker set of these weapons, and upgrade you as you progressively get better with the weapon. Not exactly working on rep, but the amount of a certain set of enemies you kill, and switching the weapon they started you out with to a better and more advanced one.
