I worked on my grenades the other day at Kingshead. You go in the door of the fort.. and immediately go in to the fenced area. You can stay in that area and hit the guys from the fort door ... all the way up to the officers that hang around that inner entrance way. If you dont get close to the fence.. you are completely safe and dont get touched at all. Its good to have a friend that can come and sit the area for you so you can buy more grenades and tp back to them.
