Apparently, you can only get specific weapons from land and at sea, the sea has a different variety than land does, so we might be talking hundreds more out at sea.
Edit: Forgot info but just now I sunk a Death Omen, got three cargo crates sunk a kingfisher got a skull chest.... got a worn cutlass though
