Zeke, that seems to be the case. The system requirements listed for the game seem to be Windows Me, 2000, or XP. Is it an error on the page to download it or the installer itself?

If you were able to download it, can you run it "as XP" in a Compatibility Mode? (Right-click the file, Properties, Compatibility tab)
