There were 2 beta's months apart actually. I can't remember when beta 1 started since it was so long ago. During the time between 1 and 2 you couldn't even log on and had to make a new pirate when 2 started. Someone with a better memory than I have can probably tell you when beta 1 started......IF that's what you were asking. If asking about the regular open game then of course that has already been answered
