That way we aren't going from server to server desperately searching.
All I want is to see them once and that'll be good enough for me.
I don't even care about the gold.. it's never significant enough to make a difference anyways. Yipee, 200, 500?
Just not making a big enough impact to make me care about the gold.
Idk.. I know they are just testing it out, but I would like to see the ghost's appearances a little more frequent?

Honestly I do like that they're placing a lot of "role-playing" into their events but I don't really care for the execution of it all, especially when they schedule it. A "random" encounter seems more fitting for role-playing. Like I said when the EITC came around "interrogating" pirates about Marceline, I would have liked it better if they just did impromptu appearances (e.g. cornered in an alley alone type of thing). The mob of off-topic and disrespectful people is annoying and ruins the atmosphere. What's going to happen when someone finds a GM ghost is that they'll post/call their buddies and the GM will be mobbed. It's likely they'll get overwhelmed with "requests for the gold" and fat finger one of them.
The entire mob aspect when someone spots a GM is what mostly keeps me away from these type of events. It's "role-playing" but it could be done and controlled a lot better than what they're doing now. Right now, it's still very scripted and unidirectional. From what's been posted, I don't really see much two-way interaction in regards to the players shaping the story. The GMs know what's going to happen and play it out for everyone, the rest of us can only react.
