No company will bother having an individual under the age of 18 'signing' anything, it wouldnt be legally binding. They might have a parent/guardian sign something, but keeping a 12 yr old 'quiet' is well.. im sure they know better. The participants may not even be allowed to ask questions. Im sure Disney has a list of questions they would like to hear these kids opinions on. I would be surprised if they asked the kids outright what they wanted to see in the game for example. Especially from such a small sampling of individuals. They may film it though and use it in promotional films. Probably give a bunch of cool stuff to for participating.
