Well I would calcualte that L51 would just be the next progression of REP from 50 (where's all the math folks areound here... they could tell you what REP is needed from L50 to 51
)
If theres any 'bug' to it - its that they didn't lock down the 50 into the 'Pirate Master' Circle again... but if anything like last time they will just cut everyones level.
Maybe this time though - ya get to keep L51
