We need more information, like what it says in the journal.

If you are getting not interesting here, your searching in the wrong area. Reread the journal closely. You probably need an item in an internal cave/jungle, or other island.

Edit: I missed your on the PR TP quest. I always dig that up at the spot near the main dock by the blacksmith.
