I did 4-14 in about 4 hours in Kingshead. The big front courtyard has that group marching in middle. Lvl 18 Vets x 6. Pull them all at once and walk backwards while AoE'ing them. You get about 170xp per 11 grenades.
Gathering up groups works, but I hate when they disengage too quick before I'm set. With that group of 6 you get a sure amount of xp every time.
