I wouldn't mind the weapons going up to level thirty, but if they did I'd only like to see a repeat of levels 21-25. The amount of rep we'd need for levels 26-30 would be tremendous and I bet the developers don't want complaints of how long it takes.
Besides the weapons leveling up I'd like to see our nort raised to at least level 45 and our gold cap to 100,000.
