well my guild (Barbary Korsairs)does meet some of your requirements....
we have on average 8 people on at once however this does vary because we have so many people leaving and joining, mostly people are on from 2-9 Pacific
however still hard to tell.
The Korsairs is also not very big has 69 members (all officers ) ,but 40 of them only come on once a month.
About Ventrillo, I have never heard about it, or do I know what it does..
As for most of are members we have players in the range of 16 to 35 with also a few lvl40s and lvl12s.
For Maturity of the Korsairs its hard for me to tell , we joke around alot , we have are humor and tell jokes and scary stories at the rum cellar every night.
